We're seeking a User Experience Engineer who shares this passion and can drive the continuous enhancement of Mem's UI/UX. At Mem, we are pioneering a domain we call 'AIUX' — user experience crafted for AI interfaces. As a User Experience Engineer, you will
- Be responsible for crafting the user experience, unlocking intuitive and delightful end-to-end workflows for our users.
- Collaborate with our Lead Designer to invent novel, AI-native interaction patterns.
- Engage in feedback loops with designers, engineers, and users to update and refine the product's UI/UX.
- Advocate for the user.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have strong experience in UX engineering or front-end development. Prior founder or startup experience is a plus.
- Are proficient in React, Javascript, and CSS. Knowledge of Typescript is a plus.
- Are familiar with Figma.
- Have a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with designers and engineers.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
